The Help Care Society accessed its help to the needy children in several schools and weaker sections of the society particularly girl child and women all over the country and assistance was given directly to needy children in several schools over the period. The expenses on various projects undertaken within the period were to render assistance to masses covered under each project. Members of the society visited several States in the country and arranged various programmes i.e. social awareness programme, old age welfare programme, etc to give assistance to weaker sections of the society. The society provided foods, cloths, Shoes, books, stationary and other daily need items to the needy children and weaker sections in the country.

The Help Care Society also incurred expenditures to improve the living conditions in slum areas by undertaking channel cleaning, arranged shelters and repairs of the existing shelters etc. and provided labour to clean the garbage from the slums. The society also hired faculties to educate illiterate people (like Proudh Shiksha Programme) in rural areas and also to educate the poor children. Health programme were organized in slums and also for social awareness. The help care society organized various seminars for social awareness about AIDS, Literacy, Pollution control etc. and distributed books, stationary etc.

Special emphasis was given to the problems of the needy in coastal, tribal, and hilly regions and help was rendered to them not only of cloths, foods but also of essential commodities required for those particular areas. Special care was given and expenses were incurred on projects like Blind welfare, Spastic children welfare, Leprosy welfare and Women skill development during this period.
